Ron has over 40 years experience in education and training. He has a Master's Degree in Curriculum Development and Instruction. A major focus over the last 15 years has been Leadership and HSE training within the oil and gas industry. He creates and presents customized training programs to meet specific client needs. A hallmark of his training is the high-energy and interactive format. His clients come from a variety of industries, cultures and backgrounds. He presents his seminars globally and conducted training courses in 10 international locations last year.
Mohd Salleh Mat is the Principal Trainer for Executive Training Corporation and has been involved in the Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) field for more than 25 years. His professional experience encompasses Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) audit/training, emergency response planning development and training, hazard
identification training, incident investigation, EHS auditing and job safety assessment. He holds a EHS Diploma from Queensland University of Australia and possesses a Certificate in Safety and Health Officer from National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) and is DOSH-registered Safety Officer. Salleh is a member of Malaysia Society for Occupational Safety and Health and the Malaysian Industrial Hygiene Association.
