Understand behavior styles and to interact successfully with your supervisors, colleagues and subordinates
Master the five-step intervention process
Utilize the consequence management, accountability and follow-up assessment tool for evaluating return on investment

This is a continuation and follow-up of our very successful “Becoming a Safety Leader Champion.” While SLC-I is not a prerequisite for this course, it is recommended that employees attend SLC first.
